In his current role, Scott leads a specialized team adept in Marketing Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, MarTech, and Automation, expertly navigating complex data landscapes to deliver strategic insights and actionable solutions.
Prior to fusepoint and Power Digital, Scott founded Sproutward, a digital marketing company renowned for its effective use of data and technology to enhance business growth. Under his leadership, Sproutward developed Polaric, an advanced e-commerce analytics platform that established the company as an indispensable partner to iconic brands such as Converse, TJX, and Crocs. The success of Sproutward led to its strategic acquisition by Power Digital and Court Square Capital Partners in December 2022.
Before Sproutward, Scott held significant leadership roles at major corporations including SHOES.COM, adidas, Staples, and Victoria’s Secret, where he spearheaded site operations, analytics, and SEO, profoundly improving their digital commerce platforms.
Scott holds a BS in Financial Management from The Ohio State University and furthered his technical acumen with studies in Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan. His solid educational foundation and comprehensive industry experience position him as an influential leader in harnessing data for digital marketing excellence.
